Return & Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or refund unless received in a defective or damaged condition.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or exchange:
Email us at info@shadowstyle.pk with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, we’ll share the return instructions.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
Refunds are processed either as store credit or a bank transfer, based on your preference.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no extra cost to you.
